Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in an acute care hospital setting.
• Work a rotating schedule of 8-hour shifts, including weekends.
• Collaborate with the Rehab Services team to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with all credentialing and background clearance requirements.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with hospital policies.
• Adhere to hospital dress code, including wearing designated scrubs.

Required Qualifications

• State occupational therapy license or provisional license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work a rotating schedule including weekends.
• Must pass Alaska state background checks and fingerprinting.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in acute care or hospital-based occupational therapy.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
