Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients in an outpatient clinic setting, following established standards and practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs, including patient assessments, triage, counseling, education, history taking, screenings, vaccinations, and medication administration.
• Document all patient interactions accurately in healthcare records.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, maintain compliance with safety and infection prevention protocols, and pursue ongoing professional development.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support clinic operations.

Required Qualifications

• Current Utah Registered Nurse licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift or move up to 20 lbs. independently; capability to lift heavier with assistance.
• One year of RN experience preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Knowledge of age-specific growth, development, and care principles.
• Prior experience in outpatient or family medicine settings is a plus.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
