Key Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services to improve patients' strength, mobility, and quality of life.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families on therapy exercises and injury prevention techniques.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.

Required Qualifications
• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Proven clinical experience in a therapeutic or healthcare setting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of therapy equipment and treatment modalities.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working in outpatient or acute care settings.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
