Key Responsibilities

• Provide radiation therapy treatments to patients following physician orders and safety protocols.
• Assess patient needs and explain procedures to ensure comfort and understanding.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
• Adhere to facility policies, including drug-free campus requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Active Illinois license as a Radiation Therapist or confirmation that application has been initiated.
• Ability to produce a negative drug screen for all panels, as per facility policy.
• Last four digits of Social Security Number.
• Middle initial of the clinician.
• Availability for scheduled shifts and flexibility for orientation hours.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Familiarity with radiation therapy equipment and safety procedures.
