Key Responsibilities

• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for patients requiring physical therapy.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to improve patient mobility and function.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and at-home exercises.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
• Proven experience in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and modalities.
