Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic procedures to improve mobility, strength, and overall well-being
- Monitor and document patient progress throughout treatment sessions
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and family members on therapeutic exercises and post-treatment care
Required Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Current state-specific professional license or certification
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in outpatient or skilled nursing facility settings
- Knowledge of multiple therapy techniques and modalities
- Strong patient-centered care philosophy
