Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy techniques to improve mobility, strength, and function for patients.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families on therapy exercises and injury prevention strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress notes.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Current state-specific physical therapy license or registration.
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in outpatient, inpatient, or rehab settings preferred.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
