Key Responsibilities
• Provide acute care inpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 10 patients daily, focusing on stroke recovery and orthopedic cases.
• Collaborate with medical teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing and safety standards, including BLS certification.
• Work within a busy hospital environment that emphasizes high-quality patient care.
• Be willing to work three out of five major holidays as scheduled.

Required Qualifications
• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years of inpatient physical therapy experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital setting and handle orthopedic-heavy caseloads.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including holidays.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in an acute care hospital setting, especially with stroke and orthopedic patients.
• Familiarity with EPIC or similar electronic medical record systems.
• Comfortable working within a team-oriented environment.
