Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in inpatient rehabilitation and outpatient settings.
• Rotate between inpatient rehab on the Transitional Care Unit and outpatient rehab, ensuring quality care for diverse patient populations.
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients with orthopedic, medical, and neurological conditions.
• Document patient progress and collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize recovery.
• Maintain compliance with all licensing and safety regulations, including BLS certification.

Required Qualifications

• Alabama state licensure as a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of 3 years outpatient therapy experience.
• Proficiency in treating orthopedic, medical, and neurological conditions.
• BLS certification.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with pediatric populations.
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience.
• Exposure to 21-day rehab programs.
