Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, contract (13-week travel assignment), day shifts
Key Responsibilities
• Perform nuclear medicine procedures, including SPECT stress tests, bone scans, HIDA scans, lung perfusions, amyloid scans, renal flow scans, MUGA scans, In-111 WBC scans, GI bleed studies, and gastric emptying procedures.
• Ensure proper operation of imaging equipment such as GE Discovery/Xeleris, Ventri/Xeleris, Case Machine, among others.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain high standards of patient care and quality.
• Collaborate with the nuclear medicine team to provide accurate and timely diagnostic results.
• Document procedures and patient information accurately in the electronic medical record system (Meditech).
Required Qualifications
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• TMB (Texas Medical Board) license.
• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in nuclear medicine.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience in cardiac and general nuclear medicine procedures.
• PET scan experience (preferred but not required).
