Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate psychotherapy and skills groups for adult patients in an inpatient/outpatient setting.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and update treatment plans accordingly.
• Document all groups and assessments using the electronic medical record system.
• Participate actively in treatment team meetings and discharge planning.
• Perform safety assessments as needed to ensure patient well-being.

Required Qualifications

• Must be licensed in California as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC; full license required (not associate).
• Must have a valid BLS certification.
• Graduation from a master’s program in social work or related field, with at least 2 years post-licensure experience.
• Must provide proof of California licensure to view resume.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Knowledge of CBT and DBT therapy methods.
• Experience running psychotherapy or skills groups.
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR system.
