Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 13-week travel assignment, nights (7 PM - 7 AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of routine and advanced ultrasound imaging procedures.
- Support other imaging technologists and collaborate with physicians to ensure efficient patient flow.
- Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and participate in quality assurance activities.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and organizational policies.
- Ensure accurate imaging, proper archiving in PACS, and follow downtime procedures.
- Demonstrate flexibility in working shifts at various locations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound Technology program or equivalent.
- Valid state licensure if practicing in New Mexico.
- Certification in sonography (ARDMS, ARRT, or RDCS), with at least one of the following within 1 year of hire:
- Sonography (S) by ARRT
- Abdomen (AB) RDMS by ARDMS
- Obstetrics & Gynecology (OB/GYN) RDMS by ARDMS
- BLS certification.
- Basic computer skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- At least 1 year of ultrasound scanning experience preferred.
- Additional certifications such as Vascular Sonography, Breast Sonography, Adult Echocardiography, or Registered Vascular Technologist are advantageous.
- Experience with PACS and ultrasound equipment troubleshooting.
