Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Telemetry

• Plymouth, MA

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, 12-hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities
• Provide patient care to telemetry and Med/Surg unit patients during night shifts
• Perform and pass ECG/Telemetry and Medication competency tests during onboarding with a minimum score of 85%
• Float to similarly skilled units and overflow areas as needed
• Document clinical activities and ensure compliance with all safety and procedural standards
• Participate in biweekly orientation sessions and maintain current certifications

Required Qualifications
• Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Massachusetts
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Med/Surg Telemetry
• Ability to pass ECG/Telemetry and Medication competency assessments during onboarding (test administered via Zoom prior to assignment)
• Current AHA BLS Certification
• AHA ACLS Certification required
• Demonstrated professional development activities in relevant clinical areas
• Knowledge of critical pathways and charge nurse responsibilities

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Charge nurse experience is a plus
• Experience in a fast-paced hospital environment with telemetry units
• Ability to work independently and adapt to float assignments

• BILH coversheet required at time of submission
• Flu vaccination mandatory during compliance period
• No local travelers accepted; candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• Guaranteed 72 hours biweekly, excluding on-call time
• Contract includes biweekly shifts with no remediations allowed for competency tests
• Travelers previously employed by the facility within the last six months are ineligible for consideration
