Registered Nurse - Telemetry
Location: Plymouth, MA
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Night shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to telemetry patients during overnight shifts.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes.
• Perform assessments, administer medications, and document patient progress accurately.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Participate in float assignments to similar units and overflow areas as needed.
• Complete required on-boarding tests, including ECG, telemetry, and medications assessments.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum of 2 years of Med Surg and Telemetry experience.
• Ability to pass Telemetry Competency Exam with at least 85% score on first attempt.
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Documented professional development activities demonstrating ongoing education.
• Knowledge of critical pathways and charge nurse experience preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous charge nurse or leadership experience.
• Familiarity with critical care principles and telemetry monitoring.
