Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to surgical patients in the Operating Room setting.
• Collaborate with surgical team members, physicians, and patients’ families to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans for surgical cases.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and exercise independent judgment in decision-making.
• Adhere to hospital policies and maintain compliance with departmental procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in the Operating Room, specifically in a CVOR environment.
• Ability to work a dayshift schedule (7am - 3:30pm).
• Knowledge of EPIC and PISYS (Pyxis system) is required.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working within a hospital's surgical services department.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in a team setting.
• Ability to work independently and handle complex patient care situations.
