Job Title

Key Responsibilities
- Provide post-anesthesia care for surgical patients in a busy PACU setting.
- Monitor patient vital signs and recovery status, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following hospital protocols.
- Document patient progress and procedures accurately using electronic medical records.
- Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams to coordinate patient care.
- Handle on-call rotations, including rotating weekday night and weekend calls.
Required Qualifications
- Active compact RN license at the time of submission.
- Minimum of 2 years hospital experience in a PACU or similar setting.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
- Experience with postoperative general, urological, orthopedic, obstetric, and robotic cases.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a high-volume surgical recovery unit.
- Ability to manage patient ratios of 1-2:1 with efficiency.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and hospital equipment.
