Job Title

• Full-time, Night shifts

Key Responsibilities
• Provide emergency nursing care to both pediatric and adult patients in a busy ER setting.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, deliver appropriate interventions, and coordinate patient flow.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely and effective patient treatment.
• Document patient care and clinical information accurately using electronic health records.
• Respond to on-call needs as required, ensuring readiness for any emergency situations.
• Maintain patient safety and adhere to hospital protocols and standards of care.

Required Qualifications
• Valid RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year of emergency room experience.
• Current ACLS, BLS, NIH, and PALS certifications.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and multiple patient needs.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience caring for both pediatric and adult populations.
• Comfortable working in a hospital with a capacity of over 200 beds.
• Experience working with Epic electronic charting system.
• Willingness to work every third weekend.
