Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, contract (13 weeks), night shifts, potential for extension, travel required prior to start

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for adult behavioral health patients during night shifts.
• Follow all safety and compliance protocols, including completing required fingerprinting prior to start.
• Document patient interactions accurately using EMR systems.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
• Cover shifts on weekdays and every other weekend, with limited holiday time off requests.

Required Qualifications

• Valid LVN or LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in behavioral health or acute care settings.
• BLS, CPI, and First Aid certifications (CPI and First Aid can be obtained during orientation).
• Ability to complete fingerprinting in West Virginia 7-10 business days prior to start date.
• Proficiency in using EMR systems such as Avatar.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous behavioral health nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Flexibility to travel and adapt to shift schedules.

Additional Information
Candidates must be available to complete fingerprinting in West Virginia at least 7-10 business days prior to start date. The process can take 5-7 days for results, and candidates will not be cleared to start without clearance. Block scheduling requests are not accepted.
All submissions must include the candidate’s work history, skills checklist, three recent references, license verification, COVID vaccination status, and RTO preferences at the time of submission.
