Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients in a hospital setting
- Float within scope to other telemetry units as needed
- Adhere to hospital policies and protocols, ensuring patient safety and quality care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EPIC)
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of Missouri (or pending)
- BLS and NIH certifications
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in a hospital setting
- Night shift availability and flexibility to work every other weekend shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in telemetry units or acute care hospitals
- Comfort with electronic charting systems, specifically EPIC
- Ability to float within scope across similar units
