Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care in an adult ICU setting, including airway management, medication administration, and ventilator management.
- Perform arterial blood gases (ABGs), oxygen therapy, suctioning, pulmonary toileting, nebulizer treatments, BiPAP, and CPAP therapy.
- Document patient care accurately within clinical systems such as Cerner.
- Assist with procedures including bronchoscopies in a trauma, teaching hospital, or emergency room environment.
Required Qualifications
- Active Indiana state license in respiratory therapy.
- Certification in BLS, ACLS, and NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
- Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in adult ICU or similar setting.
- In-person, accredited education in respiratory therapy through CoARC and CHEA regional accreditation.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in trauma, emergency room, or teaching hospital settings.
- Familiarity with equipment such as Hamilton G5 and Philips V60 ventilators.
- Experience with documentation systems like Cerner.

Additional Information
- Shift is 3x12 or 4x12-hour days, with alternating weekends and holiday rotations.
- COVID and flu vaccinations are required.
- Indiana licensing must be current and in hand prior to submission.
