• Rotating shifts (variable days or nights, based on facility needs)
• Travel assignment with flexible duration (13 or 26 weeks)
• Travel, individual choice
Key Responsibilities
• Provide licensed vocational or practical nursing care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
• Deliver patient assessments, medication administration, and care planning within scope of practice
• Float within scope to meet facility staffing needs as required
• Adhere to facility policies and documentation standards using electronic charting (ECS)
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure patient well-being during assigned shifts
• Support facility operations during designated holiday periods and work schedule flexibility
Required Qualifications
• Valid AK LVN or LPN license in hand
• Minimum 1 year of LTC experience
• BLS certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different facility protocols
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
