Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
- Monitor patient conditions closely and respond promptly to changes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Document patient information accurately using electronic health records.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.
Required Qualifications
- CA RN license active and current.
- ACLS and BLS certifications.
- Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience.
- Willingness to work every other weekend, with possible additional weekend shifts.
- Ability to float between similar units as needed.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in acute care hospital settings.
- Familiarity with Epic electronic charting system.
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
