Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care in a critical access hospital emergency department.
• Float between units as needed, delivering efficient and effective patient care.
• Manage patient flow with ratios typically ranging from 1:1 to 1:4.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Document patient interventions accurately using Epic electronic health record system.
• Work every other weekend and participate in block scheduling.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of Montana.
• Minimum of 1 year of ER nursing experience or equivalent.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to flexible scheduling.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a critical access hospital setting.
• Strong assessment and communication skills in high-pressure environments.
