Registered Nurse - ICU

Location: Mission Viejo, CA

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Night shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing care to ICU patients in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Collaborate with medical teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation using electronic medical records (Epic).
• Float between ICU and other units as needed to meet patient and unit demands.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort while adhering to hospital protocols.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid California RN license.
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience.
• Ability to work every other weekend, with additional weekends possible based on unit needs.
• Willingness to float between ICU and other similar units as required.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous experience in a hospital setting with float skills.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
