Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, night shifts, contract/temporary

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to ICU patients in a fast-paced acute care environment.
• Float between ICU units as needed to meet unit requirements.
• Follow established protocols and prioritize patient safety and quality of care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately in electronic health records.
• Adhere to hospital policies and ensure compliance with all required certifications and standards.

Required Qualifications
• Active California Registered Nurse license.
• ACLS and BCLS certifications.
• Minimum of 1 year ICU experience.
• Ability to work weekends, with shifts exceeding every other weekend based on unit needs.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with Epic charting system.
• Prior bedside experience in a critical care setting.
• Flexibility to accommodate block scheduling at manager’s discretion.
