- Full-time / Night Rotation (3x12 shifts)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the Intensive Med/Surgical Care (IMC), Progressive Care Unit (PCU), and Stepdown units.
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, respond to patient needs, and administer medications as ordered.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient progress and assist with discharge planning.
- Adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols to ensure high-quality patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 months of recent/permanent experience in cardiac stepdown or similar specialty.
- Valid Ohio or Compact State RN license.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications.
- Ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety assessments during orientation.
- Ability to work at least every other holiday.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in PCU or progressive care units.
- Travel nursing experience is acceptable if recent and relevant.
