Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Support rehabilitation goals aligned with facility standards.
Required Qualifications
- Arizona occupational therapy license or proof of application with an ETA for license approval.
- Valid professional license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Arizona.
- Ability to work Days shifts, Monday through Friday.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
