Job Title
• LVN / LPN - Ambulatory Care / Clinic / Outpatient

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days shifts, 4 shifts per week, 10 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient nursing care within an ambulatory care or clinic setting
• Administer medications, treatments, and perform patient assessments
• Document patient interactions accurately in electronic medical records
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
• Assist with clinical procedures and patient education as needed

Required Qualifications
• Valid LVN or LPN license
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an urgent care, outpatient, or clinic environment
• EPIC EMR experience from the past 2 years (non-negotiable)
• Ability to work every other weekend and adjust schedule as needed for patient care
• Ability to work 2 out of 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Day

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Dementia-capable care certification (preferred)
• Previous travel nursing experience (not required)
• Reliable transportation with all-season or snow tires during November–April
