Key Responsibilities
- Assist with rooming patients, procedures, scheduling, and patient communication within the General Surgery clinic.
- Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and clinical workflows.
- Support various clinic departments, including potential floating to Urology or ENT clinics.
- Provide patient care according to established protocols and standards.
- Collaborate with health care team members to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Follow dress code policies and participate in orientation and training programs.
Required Qualifications
- Valid MN State RN license.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
- Clinic experience preferred.
- Ability to float to different clinic units/departments as needed.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with Epic EMR.
- Experience working in outpatient or ambulatory care settings.
- Familiarity with Urology or ENT clinics is a plus.
