Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations.
• Complete daily assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient progress.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Participate in onboarding assessments, including ECG/telemetry testing and medication exams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of patient information.

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license at the time of application.
• Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience.
• ACLS and CPR certification.
• Ability to pass telemetry ECG and medication proficiency tests on day one of orientation.
• Must be able to start on the specified orientation date (starting on 11/25).
• Available for 12-hour night shifts (7 pm - 7 am).
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• PALS or ENPC certification preferred.
• TNCC certification is a plus.
• Previous experience with high-acuity trauma or emergency settings.

Additional Notes

• Orientation includes passing onsite ECG and medication tests during onboarding—one attempt only, no remediation.
• Must be available for scheduled testing within 48 hours of confirmation.
• No travel nurses residing within 50 miles of Milton, MA, will be considered.
• Travelers who have worked within the last year at the same facility are not eligible.
• Guaranteed hours: 72 biweekly hours; does not include on-call time.
