Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Travel, Night shifts, 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
• Provide patient-centered nursing care in a multi-specialty unit, primarily telemetry and medical-surgical care.
• Float to other units and hospitals as needed, supporting a team-oriented environment.
• Monitor and manage acute medical conditions, including dialysis and telemetry patients.
• Support patient recovery by focusing on pain management, mobility, and complication prevention.
• Ensure safety and comfort in a fast-paced, 24/7 acute care setting.
Required Qualifications
• Registered Nurse license in Alabama or a valid State of Alabama Compact license (no temporary licenses accepted).
• BLS certification from AHA.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a specialized field such as telemetry or med-surg.
• Associate degree in nursing or higher.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a telemetry or medical-surgical unit.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, acute care environment with a diverse patient population.
