Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown
Location: Fort Wayne, IN
Schedule / Job Type: Nights, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the IMC/PCU/Stepdown units
- Perform drip titration procedures for experienced candidates; assist with MedSurg/Tele units if needed
- Utilize equipment such as EPIC, PYXIS, Philips defibrillator, and bedside monitors
- Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver safe and effective patient care
- Participate in float staff assignments to cover various units as required
- Complete required documentation and adhere to unit protocols
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PCU or Med/Surg units
- Valid IN or compact RN licensure
- Certifications: ACLS and BLS
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- Experience with drip titration procedures
- Familiarity with EPIC andMedSurg/Tele units
- Ability to float flexibly between units
