Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- 13-week travel assignment
- Day shifts (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM), 3 shifts per week, 12.5 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to oncology patients in a dedicated unit.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered treatments.
- Administer chemotherapy and other treatments following safety protocols.
- Monitor patient conditions, respond to emergencies, and document care accurately.
- Support patients and families through treatment processes and procedures.
- Adhere to hospital policies and safety standards to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of North Carolina
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Certification in Chemotherapy & Biotherapy (Chemo Certification)
- Experience in oncology or med-surg units
- Familiarity with Cerner EMR system
- Ability to work as part of a team, with a willingness to learn
