Job Title

• Hagerstown, MD

Schedule / Job Type

• Nights, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services in the NICU or similar units, including intubation, bubble C-PAP, and HFNc as applicable
• Cover scheduled shifts on a Fri-Sun set schedule
• Collaborate within scope to meet facility needs, including floating within scope when necessary
• Utilize EPIC electronic health record system for documentation
• Ensure compliance with licensing and certification requirements

Required Qualifications

• MD License and CRT or RRT certification
• 2–3 years of respiratory therapy experience, preferably NICU experience
• Ability to perform intubation, apply bubble C-PAP and HFNc in NICU setting (or willingness to sub if no NICU experience)
• Current ACLS certification preferred
• No on-call requirement

Preferred Experience / Skills

• NICU experience highly preferred
• Ability to work within a fast-paced clinical environment
• Flexibility to float within scope to meet unit needs
