Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans.
- Provide rehabilitative care to patients based on therapist directives.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
- Ensure compliance with all clinical and safety protocols.
- Support patient recovery and improve mobility through therapeutic exercises.
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of Washington.
- Prior experience working in a clinical or rehabilitative setting.
- Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and documentation procedures.
- Reliable and punctual with strong communication skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with outpatient therapy services.
- Familiarity with clinical equipment provided during interviews.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
