Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Night shifts, 3x12 or 4x12-hour shifts, temporary contract

Key Responsibilities
• Provide respiratory therapy services to neonatal and pediatric patients, primarily in NICU and PICU units
• Manage ventilators including Servo I, Servo U, and Hamilton G5 systems
• Monitor and care for patients requiring advanced respiratory support, including Vents and NICU/PICU-specific interventions
• Float between NICU, PICU, and Pediatric units based on staffing needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care

Required Qualifications
• Current Indiana State Respiratory Therapist license (must be in hand to submit)
• NBRC-RRT certification required
• ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications required; PALS preferred
• 18 months or more recent experience in NICU, PICU, or Pediatric ICU, with specific experience in vents and pediatric respiratory care
• Experience with Servo I, Servo U ventilators, and Hamilton G5 systems
• Accredited education by CoARC and regionally accredited by CHEA

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience in trauma and pediatric hospital settings within the past year
• Ability to float across NICU, PICU, and Pediatric units
• Experience working with ventilators such as Servo U and Hamilton G5
