Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in a Medical Surgical unit with a focus on spinal, neuro, trauma, surgical, and emergency cases such as gunshot wounds, quadriplegics, and paraplegics
• Monitor patient vital signs and manage care plans according to physician orders
• Document patient progress accurately within the electronic health record system
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards

Required Qualifications

• Valid Nursing license in the state of Georgia
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Medical Surgical setting
• EPIC electronic health record proficiency (must be noted on profile)
• Ability to work dayshift hours

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience caring for trauma and neuro patients
• Familiarity with high-acuity patient populations such as spinal cord injury or trauma cases
• Strong documentation and communication skills
