Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care in the operating room setting.
• Assist with surgical procedures and ensure patient safety throughout.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Follow all hospital protocols and standards for sterile techniques and patient care.
• Document patient information and surgical procedures accurately.
• Respond to on-call requirements as needed, including overnight shifts on weekends.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license and current state licensure.
• Experience working in a surgical or operating room environment.
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health records.
• Large hospital experience preferred.
• Must be separated from the employer for 6+ months to be eligible.
• Flu vaccination required prior to start.
• BILH coverage sheet required at time of submission.
• No local candidates within 50 miles.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with Epic electronic health records system.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including call shifts.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
