Job Title

• Full-time, Days shifts, Contract

Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Operating Room setting.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Prepare ORs and maintain sterile environments for procedures.
• Follow protocols for preoperative and postoperative patient care.
• Document patient information accurately and timely.
• Adhere to hospital policies and standards, including vaccination and licensing requirements.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Previous experience working in a hospital operating room.
• Epic electronic medical record experience.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, with availability for call responsibilities.
• Must be separated from previous employer(s) for at least 6 months.
• BILH coversheet required at time of submission.
• Flu vaccination required prior to start date.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Large hospital OR experience preferred.
• Comfortable working on-call shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
