Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to promote patient recovery and independence.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records.

Required Qualifications

• Valid occupational therapist license for the state of South Carolina.
• Professional experience working in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF).
• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to adhere to regulatory and safety standards.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a SNF setting.
• Knowledge of current occupational therapy techniques and best practices.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
