Registered Nurse - NICU
Location: Santa Rosa, CA
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, day shifts, 12-hour shifts, on-site
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing care to neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) patients in a high-acuity hospital setting.
• Monitor and assess the health status of neonates, administering treatments and medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic charting system.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and certification requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with families and healthcare team members.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
• Experience working in a Level III NICU environment.
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior experience in high-acuity neonatal care settings.
• Familiarity with hospital protocols for NICU patients.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
