Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Days, Onsite, 5 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and perform maintenance on EEG equipment within the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU).
- Cover inpatient EEG requests as needed.
- Ensure adherence to shift schedules, including working during scheduled holidays.
- Support patient care for both adult and pediatric patients undergoing EEG procedures.
- Collaborate with medical staff to provide accurate and timely EEG assessments.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of EEG technician experience.
- Proven experience with EEG monitoring in a clinical setting.
- Must have EMU (Epilepsy Monitoring Unit) monitoring experience.
- Ability to work during holidays as part of scheduled shifts.
- Experience working with pediatric patients.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a hospital or medical facility.
- Knowledge of EEG equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
