• Night shifts, full-time, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to post-op liver transplant patients in a newly established 15-bed ICU/IMC setting.
• Monitor and support patients in a specialized liver transplant and hepatology environment, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver prompt and effective medical interventions.
• Maintain compliance with unit protocols and standards, including BLS certification.
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in accordance with hospital guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Valid registered nurse (RN) license.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU or IMC experience in a Level 1 trauma or transplant facility.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in liver transplant or transplant hepatology units preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, specialized critical care environment.
