Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Location: Cleveland, OH

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, rotating shifts (3x12-hour shifts per week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the IMC/PCU/Stepdown unit.
• Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and respond to patient needs.
• Recognize and interpret ECG rhythms; perform safe medication administration.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Complete assessments, update medical records, and assist in care planning.
• Work at least every other holiday as part of staffing requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty prior to travel.
• Recent Cardiac Stepdown experience (travel experience acceptable).
• Ohio license or valid compact state license.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH certification.
• Ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation.
• Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with electronic documentation systems.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience in PCU/Progressive Care units is a plus but not mandatory.
