Key Responsibilities
• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in accordance with treatment plans
• Assess patient needs and develop personalized therapy programs
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies
Required Qualifications
• Valid state occupational therapy license or certification
• Relevant degree in occupational therapy or related field
• Strong understanding of therapy techniques and patient care procedures
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in a clinical or outpatient setting
• Knowledge of advanced therapeutic equipment and assessment tools
