Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical
Location: Columbus, OH
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, 3 nights per week (12-hour shifts) with weekend and holiday availability

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in a Medical Surgical setting
• Float between units of similar or lower acuity as needed to support staffing needs
• Provide care during weekday and weekend night shifts, including holidays
• Ensure accurate patient assessments, medication administration, and documentation
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Medical Surgical nursing environment
• Current BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) certification
• Proficient in IV starts and telemetry monitoring
• Experienced with electronic health record systems (preferably EPIC)
• Ability to manage patient ratios of 1:4-5 and handle multiple priorities with accuracy
