Registered Nurse Dialysis

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts per week (Monday-Saturday)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide dialysis nursing care to patients in a Level I Trauma Center and teaching hospital setting.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and adjust protocols as authorized.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document care delivery accurately using electronic medical records (Epic).
- Participate in on-call duties, including weekday PM call shifts.
- Maintain compliance with all safety and healthcare standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid South Carolina nursing license or Compact license in hand prior to start date.
- At least 1 year of acute dialysis nursing experience.
- Current BLS certification.
- Willingness to work every other weekend and participate in on-call rotations.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Fresenius 2008T dialysis machines or similar equipment.
- Familiarity with Mobile Reverse Osmosis systems.
- Additional certifications such as ACLS are a plus.

Additional Notes
- Local candidates within 60 miles are encouraged to apply and accepted at a 10% reduction from posted bill rate.
- Guaranteed hours with the ability to call off one shift every two weeks.
- During hurricane season (June-November), emergency response duties may be required.
