Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, contract, days shift, 3 shifts per week (Friday to Sunday)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures, including echocardiograms, on various patient populations.
- Ensure accurate image acquisition and proper documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to support diagnoses.
- Adhere to safety and compliance standards during imaging sessions.
- Complete mandatory questionnaires and maintain timely submission for compliance and credentialing.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ultrasound or echo procedures.
- ARDMS or ARRT Sonographer certification required.
- BLS certification required.
- Ability to perform portable exams and operate PACS systems (InteleRad PACS preferred).
- Knowledge of GE & Siemens ultrasound equipment is a plus.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with neonatal, pediatric, and adult imaging.
- Skills in outpatient settings, biopsies, pediatric GI procedures, and Doppler studies.
- Familiarity with various ultrasound applications such as liver elastography, contrast enhancement, and fetal monitoring.
- Past experience with newborns, infants, and diverse patient demographics.
