Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, swallowing, or cognitive difficulties in adult and pediatric populations
• Provide services in both acute and outpatient settings
• Follow patients from initial assessment through discharge, ensuring continuity of care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement treatment plans
• Travel to multiple points of care as needed

Required Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Oregon Speech-Language Pathology license
• Certificate of Clinical Compliance from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or active participant in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Healthcare Provider BLS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with a diverse patient population in both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation settings
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to travel between care facilities
