Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients with a variety of injuries and conditions impacting self-care, mobility, and functional independence.
• Provide specialized occupational therapy services to diverse patient populations, including pediatrics and geriatrics.
• Utilize advanced equipment and treatment techniques within a comprehensive outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized, therapist-driven care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all licensing and safety standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Current unencumbered Oregon Occupational Therapist license.
• Healthcare Provider BLS certification.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior experience in outpatient or hospital-based occupational therapy.
• Familiarity with adult and pediatric rehabilitation techniques.
• Experience with specialized equipment such as therapy pools and splinting stations.
